Supervision of Loading and Discharge

We monitor the entire loading or discharge process — from cargo handling on board to delivery to warehouses, containers, or land transport. Our inspectors ensure all procedures align with contractual agreements.
Load Compartment Inspections (LCI) and Equipment Checks

We assess the technical condition and cleanliness of ship holds and cargo handling equipment to confirm readiness for loading.
Draft Surveys

We conduct precise draft measurements before and after loading to calculate the net weight of cargo loaded or discharged.
Sampling and Quality Evaluation

During loading and discharge, we perform visual assessments, collect samples, and carry out on-site private analysis. Contract samples are prepared according to applicable standards.
ULD Testing and Optional Fumigation

For cargo requiring fumigation, we conduct ultrasonic leak detection (ULD) tests to confirm hatch tightness. Fumigation is carried out using aluminum or magnesium phosphide in tablet or bag form, under full compliance with regulations.
Inspection Reports and Certificates

After inspection, we issue complete documentation — including an operational report, inspection certificate, and photo records (upon request).
