Container Inspection Before Installation

We assess the technical condition and cleanliness of the container designated for flexitank installation, ensuring it meets structural and sanitary requirements.

Flexitank Installation Supervision

Our inspectors oversee the correct installation of the flexitank inside the container to prevent damage, leakage, or misalignment during loading.

Loading Process Monitoring

We supervise the entire filling operation, ensuring that the flow rate is controlled, safety protocols are followed, and that the product is handled hygienically.

Weight and Volume Verification

After loading, we compare the actual net weight or volume with weighbridge data and shipping documents to verify loading accuracy.

Valve Control and Sealing

Upon completion of filling, we inspect the valve closure and apply security seals to prevent tampering or leakage during transit.

Sampling During Loading

We collect representative product samples as needed, either for laboratory testing or as contract/reference samples.

Reporting and Certification

A comprehensive inspection report and loading certificate are issued, including photographic documentation if required.
