Sample Collection
We collect samples from full batches or partial lots, following agreed sampling methods or international standards. This includes bulk, bagged, palletized, or packaged goods.

Visual and Sensory Checks
During sampling, we assess the visual condition, packaging integrity, and odor of the product to detect any immediate quality concerns.

Control Weighing
Random units may be weighed and compared to contract documents to verify declared weights and ensure packaging consistency.

Sealing and Identification
Sampled units are resealed and secured, while outer packaging and pallets are sealed using inspection tapes or numbered seals to prevent tampering.

Sample Distribution
Samples are divided into lab samples, reserve/reference samples, and optionally delivered to designated laboratories. Backup samples are retained at supplier sites or Baltic Control® facilities.

Loading Supervision (optional)
At the client's request, we supervise loading of the inspected cargo into containers or transport vehicles, checking for proper handling, placement, and visible damages.

Reporting and Certification
After completion, we issue a sampling certificate and inspection report, including photos, sample IDs, seal numbers, and any remarks relevant to cargo quality or condition.
