GTP-Coceral

The GTP Code is a food and feed safety quality assurance scheme for the collection, storage, trading and transport of cereals, protein crops, oilseeds, other plant products and their by-products. The standard was developed by and for collection, storage and trade professionals in collaboration with other parties concerned such as industry stakeholder and authorities in order to help them in:

• Complying with good hygiene practices relating to operating sites, premises, equipment, transport waste and staff.
• Identifying potential risks for consumer´s safety and establish appropriate procedures for controlling them based on the HACCP principles.

The GTP code is owned and managed by COCERAL, a non-profit European association under Belgian law representing cereals, rice, feedstuffs, oilseeds, olive oil, oils and fats and agro-supply trade.
You can find the GTP code here: http://www.gtpcode.eu
